ABOUT US
The Corsair Association of Queensland holds 4 championship
events every season - the River Titles, States, Youths
and Winter Legends
Events are divided into 3 classes- A Fleet, B Fleet, and Cadets
The Corsair is a 16 foot (4.8 m) sailing dinghy that is excellent for racing with a crew of three. A comfortable boat, it is also suitable for day sailing.
The boats have gained a band of devoted followers and are used as training dinghies for Naval Reserve Cadet Units and Sea Scouts throughout Australia.
The association meet at Regattas
Membership of the association is open to anyone interested in sailing
corsairs.
